I'm Kaitlyne (she/they) and I love all things book design! I’m fascinated by books, not just for the stories and worlds they contain, but also for what they are as objects. While covers are my favorite aspect of book design, I love nothing more than crafting a book as a physical object, inside and out. Most of all, I believe we should absolutely be judging books by their covers—someone made it specifically so you would!
I am currently the Design Manager at Ooligan Press, an award-winning, student-run trade publishing house here in the Pacific Northwest where I’ve had covers chosen and published for multiple literary fiction titles. Let's chat about making books!
