About me
Mark Ouimet has had the good fortune to spend his entire adult career in the book world. From being a buyer and manager at the Stanford Bookstore to working in sales, marketing and executive leadership at Publishers Group West; through learning how to be a publisher at North Atlantic Books and helping to build a substantial distribution business at Ingram Content Group there has been one constant – publishers taught him everything he knows. After retiring from Ingram in 2022, Mark has stayed involved in the book industry as a consultant and board member and is a certified mentor for SCORE collaborating with writers and publishers around the country.
