Katie Parr is the rights and licensing manager for New Harbinger Publications, a psychology and self-help book publisher based in Oakland, California. She brings a well-rounded perspective to her role, having spent nearly a decade in acquisitions before transitioning into rights five years ago. Her current focus is on cultivating new relationships with foreign publishers and identifying emerging nonfiction trends in the international market. She lives in San Francisco.
