Over her eight years at Ingram, she’s built a career on empowering creators—starting in Customer Support and transferring to Sales—by pairing data-driven insight with genuine partnership. Leigh holds a BA and MFA in Creative Writing from Western Kentucky University, is a published poet, and the proud mother of two tiny humans.
